Norquist Tool & Die was founded in 1960 in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. Norquist was run as a privately held small business by the founding family until 2015. In 2015 Norquist was purchased from the founding family and is operated as a minority business enterprise (MBE). Norquist’s executive leadership team has more than 100 years of experience in the automotive and industrial industries.
Today the company continues to grow
And diversify through its existing customer base as well as new customers through robust business development efforts. Some of these have resulted in projects for customers across a wide range of industries including Aircraft, Electrical, Medical, Automotive, Industrial and Agricultural.
